…ework Adds the canonical written-framework structure (the Organizational Singularity book + OpenExO resource hub, beyond the 11 videos) from the #2 EXO due-diligence pass: the Intelligence Stack is SIX cognitive layers + a GOVERN/ASSURE control plane (the matrix listed 5); SHAPE has FIVE named dimensions (was generic); and the framework's biggest UNSTATED requirement — continuous MTP-alignment enforcement — is one Instar already implements (coherence gate + drift audit + oversight triggers), our strongest differentiation. Our EXO 3.0 requirements doc was built from Salim Ismail's videos. The #2 due-diligence pass read his actual written framework (the Organizational Singularity book + the OpenExO materials) and found we'd been describing it slightly wrong — and under-selling ourselves. This updates the doc to match his real structure, so our mapping is complete and accurate before any outreach.
