Our EXO 3.0 requirements doc was built from Salim Ismail's videos. The #2 due-diligence pass read his actual written framework (the Organizational Singularity book + the OpenExO materials) and found we'd been describing it slightly wrong — and under-selling ourselves. This updates the doc to match his real structure, so our mapping is complete and accurate before any outreach.

What Changed

Adds a "Canonical written-framework reconciliation" section to docs/exo3/REQUIREMENTS-MATRIX.md:

  • Intelligence Stack = 6 layers + a GOVERN/ASSURE control plane (the doc listed 5). The GOVERN/ASSURE plane (real-time oversight, accountability, auditability, human stewardship) maps to our guard-posture/decision-audit/coherence/attention machinery — a named requirement and one of our strongest areas we'd been under-claiming.
  • SHAPE = 5 named dimensions (Safe Autonomy, Human Architecture, Adaptive Architecture, Purpose Control, Ecosystem Trust), each mapped to a concrete Instar capability (was generic).
  • The framework's biggest unstated requirement — continuous MTP-alignment enforcement — which Instar already implements (coherence gate + drift audit + oversight triggers). Our strongest differentiation.
  • Notes OpenExO's "ExO 3.0 Claude Skill" peer artifact (explains the framework; we run it).

Evidence

Docs-only change to an internal mission doc (docs/exo3/). No code, no tests affected. The new section is sourced from the OpenExO resource hub and the Organizational Singularity book summary.

…ework

Adds the canonical written-framework structure (the Organizational Singularity
book + OpenExO resource hub, beyond the 11 videos) from the #2 EXO due-diligence
pass: the Intelligence Stack is SIX cognitive layers + a GOVERN/ASSURE control
plane (the matrix listed 5); SHAPE has FIVE named dimensions (was generic); and
the framework's biggest UNSTATED requirement — continuous MTP-alignment
enforcement — is one Instar already implements (coherence gate + drift audit +
oversight triggers), our strongest differentiation. Also notes OpenExO's
"ExO 3.0 Claude Skill" peer artifact (explains the framework; we run it).
